We proudly ship our Highlandwear and Scottish accessories worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Our shipping options are designed to balance speed and affordability:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: £12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Minimum Order: £50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Our Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our straightforward returns process reflects our commitment to traditional Scottish hospitality.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for gift sets and Highlandwear)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the quality and tradition of our Scottish products, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Personalised gifts (engraved cufflinks, monogrammed accessories)
- Custom-made kilts
- Handfasting ribbons (due to their ceremonial nature)
- Kilt pins with clan-specific designs
- Opened gift sets
- Sale or clearance items
- Harris Tweed items (may only be exchanged if the original tweed pattern is still available)
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return
- For exchanges, specify your desired item
Step 2: Await Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Step 3: Package Securely
Use the original packaging when possible. For kilts and jackets, we recommend using a garment bag for protection.

Exchanges
For exchanges (size, colour, or style changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- For lower-priced exchanges, we’ll refund the difference
Refund Information
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Refunds: May take 7-10 additional days to appear in your account
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as torn Harris Tweed or broken kilt pins):

- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
